FramedByKiesh Bling Boutique ships all orders out via USPS. Once your tracking number has been sent via email and the package has arrived at USPS. FramedByKiesh Bling Boutique Will NOT be responsible for lost or damaged packages. You would then need to get in contact with your local USPS location to file a claim for the package.
